This is the first Vista visual style that i have seen from Japan,named ZEROZERO_SegoeUI_Vista VS,with a round windows corner and narrow taskbar,coming for BASIC & AERO both.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
With a DeskHack, you may choose easily.
Now you can enjoy!
