I can't believe it. It seems that this theme brings me back to the old days when Vista was just released. restore ancient ways?But i like it,the windows classic start button, the non-transparent taskbar,especially the frosted glass look Aero effect.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
