After a day of dark,i think we need some light,Just when i was thinking so,someone introduced this skin to me,which delighted me a lot,for this is just the theme i was looking for.Its name is Ways of Light for Vista patrickgs,who always brings us nice themes.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
