Obviously this is a nice theme, clear glassy effect, narrow taskbar....and here is the point, the buttons. The start button, the Maximize/minimize/close buttons and the forward/backward buttons, all appears to be quite beautiful.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
