Well, here will be a Vista theme designed by one of my friends, which i think is not so bad. I don't know if you are the same as me who has a special preference towards frosted look,but i do. Features i found here:

To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into c:\windows\resources\themes. Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
