For a long time there hasn't been any blue Vista themes here because most of the theme designers were crazy for Windows 7 visual style or Mac or others, leading to a result that there's no nice blue themes. But here is one now. The author VicK88 said that it was his first theme, but i think this theme has reached a master level.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.
â… Use Vista Visual Master to apply the theme.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
With a DeskHack, you may choose easily.
