Vista themes with multi-color shell has been out of sight for quite a long time.But when we need a change and remember this kind of skins,here is one.I appreciate its explorer,the shell a lot.The backward/forward buttons,the transparency and the top detail panel look great.

To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
