Unlike those transparent one , the designer of this Vista theme seems to be fond of metal style. He put a piece of steel in to the startmenu so that it looks rather cool. Of course, so does the filefolder and the taskbar. If you are not the kind of person who like splendor look, this may be a proper chioce.
