Satin2 Candara Edition, from the name i can see it is a nice Vista theme. To tell the truth, it came into my heart as soon as i saw it because it gave me a special feeling, which told me that i like it. It is its startmenu that i like best, which looks like a piece of frosted glass, gorgeous and Elegant.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into c:\windows\resources\themes. Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
With a DeskHack, you may choose easily.
