Unexpectedly,here is a Regional Theme France for win7 by ~Morpheusvista.I think this may be the first third-party visual style for Windows 7. Do NOT use it in Vista.In this regard, the Windows 7 Uxtheme Patch might be useful.Have a look.
Instruction:
- Enable hidden folders.
- Copy the file MCT-FR in the directory C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT.
- After enter in the MCT-FR\Theme and double-click to the Theme "FR".
