If you are running Windows Vista with the nice theme Pure applied,i think you may need an update because a new version of the visual style is now available.The tranparency has been changed a lot and looks much much better now.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.
ⅠUse Vista Visual Master to apply the theme.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
With a DeskHack, you may choose easily.
