To be honest,this the thinnest theme that i have ever seen.Here,"thin" refers to the transparency,the Aero effect.Just like its name,it is a theme with no borders. Look at the taskbar,really "no borders".
To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
