I have to say i 've met an awesome theme,much much better than the default one.I do like its transparency a lot and the round windows corner looks unique ,as well as the buttons.This is a great work from sunBeam2000
To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
With a DeskHack, you may choose easily.
