It's Leopard for Vista again! This time the anthor just ports the original leopard style to vista, msstyle for both 32 and 64 bit, browseui.dll for the 32 bit only. To make the taskbar bright,you should do some work on your wallpaper.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.
ⅠUse Vista Visual Master to apply the theme.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
