Now guys, here is a new black and white theme with a little Mac taste named ISOTAVS Theme, which in my opinion is awesome,especially with the nice wallpaper.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
With a DeskHack, you may choose easily.
