The theme was named as Inverted Vista Theme Reloaded, which looks somewhat special. Colorful start orb, glass titlebar looks great while the tsakbar and the startmenu are, you know, not to my taste. But what i appreciate is the glowing window borders.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.
â… Use Vista Visual Master to apply the theme.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
