This is a theme without any transparency,but it attracted me a lot the first time i saw it because of the nice background in the preview.And later i found more highlights in details,such as the system buttons,the start orb and the dark taskbar.The whole style looks a combination of Vista and somewhat Mac taste.I think that's why the author Patrickgs named it as HybridVS.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.
ⅠUse Vista Visual Master to apply the theme.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
With a DeskHack, you may choose easily.
