We know in Windows 7, there is a cool "Pin" feature that you can keep any shortcuts stick to the new taskbar, but except Recycle Bin. Yet we can make it after a workround. Below i will list three ways to pin Recycle Bin to the so-called superbar in Windows 7.

1. Create a new Recycle Bin shortcut
* Right click on the desktop and create a shortcut named Recycle
* Right click on the shortcut and hit properties - target, replace the content with this :
%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e, ::{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
* Right click on the shortcut and hit properties - change Icon
* Browser to C:\Windows\System32\shell32.dll and find Recycle Bin icon
* Hit OK and drop it to the taskbar
* Done
And here, if you are tired of doing so, it's OK. Just Download the modified shortcuts here and drop on to the taskbar.

2. Shell command
* Right click on the desktop and create a shortcut named Recycle
* Right click on the shortcut and hit properties - target, replace the content with this :
C:\Windows\explorer.exe shell:RecycleBinFolder
* Right click on the shortcut and hit properties - change Icon
* Browser to C:\Windows\System32\shell32.dll and find Recycle Bin icon
* Hit OK and drop it to the taskbar
* Done

3. Just drop
* First of all, just make sure there is a explorer shortcut on your taskbar
* Drop the Recycle Bin shortcut on it and it will appear on top of the jumplists as a pinned item
PS: It seems that this method works in Windows 7 RC or higher vesions only.
