Although Microsoft tweaked UAC a lot in Windows 7, convenience and security have been a kind of contradiction ever. The improved UAC is not strong enough to break the rule. As a result, there are still a great many of people have it disabled after installation.

* WIN+R and type in regedit to open Registry Editor
* Find:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion \Sidebar \Settings
* On the right panel, right click and create a new DWORD named AllowElevatedProcess
* Double-click on it and change the key value to 1
* Restart your computer
