When i saw the author dimage,i know this must be a nice theme. And the answer turns out to be right.Since the preview picture has given out all its highlights,i think any introduction is just superfluous.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
