Great work! The theme takes the author a year of his life time to finish it. For this reason only, i will make it my desktop, let alone the theme itself is a quite nice one.
To apply the theme, do as the followings.

Put the file into C:/Windows/Resources/Themes/ . Turn to desk top and right-click-personalize-Colors and appearence-Open classic-choose.
With a DeskHack, you may choose easily.
